Books Build a Magical World with Mike Bent
Our summer reading program kicks off with our favorite magician Mike Bent. This book themed show uses hilarious comedy, amazing magic, games, music, sound effects, AND storytelling to motivate kids to get reading.

Camp Read-A-Lot
Join us for lots of stories, singing, and dancing! Program takes place in the Story Hour Room.
Thursday, July 6
1 p.m.
Tickets ($2.00) for children and adults are available by phone or in person. This program is for ages 5 and up.

Tall Ships and Pirate Tales with the Sciencetellers
Set sail on a thrilling action-packed adventure about a crew of quirky pirates marooned on a desert island. With mutiny and high-tide looming, they must rescue their salty captain and find a way to construct a ship before all hope is lost … at sea! Volunteers from the audience will help explore the incredible science behind clouds, combustion, air pressure, scientific variables and more!

The Yo-Yo Guy!
World Champion and four time Guinness World record holder John Higby will be here to present his unique high energy comedy yo-yo show

This FREE program is funded by the KDK Foundation (in honor of Kurt Kelly).
Free tickets are available for children 4 and up along with their caregivers.
The One-Man Circus in-a-Suitcase
From Kevin O’Keefe’s suitcase an entire circus emerges: tent, band, lights, a boisterous ringmaster, the incredible Bumbilini Family, the Magician to the Stars, and Keefer–an innocent trying to run away and join the circus.

Rolie Polie Guacamole Family Concert
Winner of the prestigious Parents’ Choice® and NAPPA Awards, Rolie Polie Guacamole offers a rocking show that stylishly dresses up original tunes and classic covers.

With lots of laughs and audience participation, Steve’s music is never a spectator sport. His catchy tunes and bouncy beats--feature a healthy dose of music & movement for the young.

Police Story Time with  Officer Brandon Holmes
Police Officer Holmes is crazy for reading and for the safety of the kids of Westford and their families. He is also pretty good at the hokey pokey.

Sky Pirates with Robb Preskins
Ahoy shipmates – take a trip to far off lands with Captain Robbie Bones, a wonderful magician and storyteller who has brought back some amazing tales and magic tricks.

Harry Potter's Birthday Party

Grammy nominated folk artist Alastair Moock delivers his original high-energy folk-rock music in his trademark raspy voice with foot stomping, American roots music instrumentation.

Cake at 1:30 p.m.; the performance begins at 2 p.m. and takes place outside on the back lawn by the parking lot.
This free drop-in program is for all ages. (If it rains, please eat before you come. The Concert will then be held in the Meeting Room.)
End of Summer Reading Bash with the Toe Jam Puppet Band
This will be a rollicking high energy show that you will not want to miss. Get ready for a bash of original music crammed with laughs and overflowing with fun. Bring a blanket and your dancing shoes and enjoy the fun outside at the side of the library.
