	Please use this form if you would like to request that the J. V. Fletcher Library purchase a Video/DVD that is not currently in our collection. Holds for a newly released Video (VHS/DVD) that are on order, but not yet in the collection, can be requested either by a librarian or by filling out the online Video/DVD Purchase Request form. Please note that if you want to place a hold on a video/dvd that is owned by the Library go to the Library's Online catalog and choose "request item" to place your hold electronically.
