Tickets ($2.00) for children and adults are available by phone or in person. This program is for all ages.

Carnival Kick-off with Rick Charette!
Kick off our summer reading program with Maine's kids music icon Rick Charette. If you haven't seen Rick, come prepared to have a GREAT time. After Rick performs, we will have a 45 minute carnival program for you to enjoy.

Readers of the Lost Book with Mike Bent
Our favorite magician Mike Bent is on an epic quest as he searches the ruins of an ancient temple for a priceless artifact – an overdue library book!

2 to 3 p.m.
Free drop-in for ages 6 and up. Caregivers stay in the room and build too!
Lego® Club
Come create something fun with Library Legos®. All creations will be displayed in the library until the next time we meet.

Charlie the Noise Guy
Charlie Williams, the zany Czar of Sound, is “The Noise Guy,” a hilarious vocal sound impressionist who can imitate the sound of just about anything!

The Westford Highway Department will be here with a truck for you to explore! Then when the library opens at 1 p.m., go to the Children's Room and find a hidden prize and enter a raffle to win it!

I Dig Reading with Two of a Kind
This musical duo specializes in interactive family musical programs - all with a sense of humor and fun. Bring your lunch and join us under the big Champion Oak tree at the side of the library.

Free Lawn Concert with Alastair Moock
International folk artist Alastair Moock delivers his original high energy folk-rock music in his trademark gravel raspy voice with foot stomping American roots music instrumentation. Bring your lunch and join us under the big Champion Oak tree at the side of the library.

Since the audience must be still and quiet during the program, we understand that this is hard for our younger patrons and offer this great program strictly for children ages 6 and up.
Wild Cats Dig the Underground with Jungle Adventures
Learn how wild cats use the underground world in their daily lives - some cats use caves, some use burrows, some stalk prey that live underground.

Laughter, balloons, and magic – Ed Pop delivers it all in this fun interactive summer program.

STAR WARS!
The force is strong with the Youth Services librarians whose intergalactic program features Star Wars trivia, games, activities – yes, it’s all about Star Wars. Please come as your favorite character. You may even encounter a real Storm Trooper.

10:30 a.m.
Cake at 10:30 a.m.; the performance begins at 11 a.m.and takes place outside on the side lawn.

End of Summer Reading Bash with the Toe Jam Puppet Band
This will be a rollicking high energy show that you will not want to miss. Get ready for a show of original music crammed with laughs and overflowing with fun. Bring a blanket and your dancing shoes and enjoy the fun under the big Champion Oak tree at the side of the library.

Lawn Concert with Philip Alexander
Philip’s songs and stories will have you singing, clapping, laughing, and dancing at our final fun family lawn concert of the summer under Champion Oak tree at the side of the library.
