Monday Mystery Book Club
Wake up your week with a stimulating book discussion!  We meet on the fourth Monday morning of the month @ 10:30 a.m. in the Mary Atwood Room.  Our December selection is The Couple Next Door by Shari Lapena. Please note that we are meeting one week early this month due to the Christmas holiday. Copies of the current selection are available for check-out at the Main Desk.  New members are always welcome! Cookbook Club

The Cookbook Club is dedicated to exploring cookbooks and sampling new recipes. We meet on the third Thursday of each month. Our December choice is Baking with Less Sugar by Joanne Chang. Copies are available for check out at the Main Desk.  If you would like to bring a dish from the cookbook (not required to participate), please contact Sarah Regan in Information Services at 978-399-2309. Ukulele Strum Along

Learn to play by playing! Focusing on 2 and 3 chord songs, this program is for the beginner ukulele player who wants to practice and play music with others. Singing is encouraged. Ukuleles available to borrow, songs projected onto a screen so no music stands or books necessary. This program is open to adults and teens. Register here or in the Information Services Department to borrow a ukulele, or just drop in with your own.

The global power balance is rapidly evolving, leaving the U.S. at a turning point. Some argue for “America First,” while others call for a more assertive posture overseas. Some advocate restoring American multilateral leadership and strengthening diplomacy. Still others envision a restrained U.S. role. Is truth stranger than fiction? Is it more entertaining? Find out in the Adult Nonfiction Book Club. We meet on the first Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. in the Mary Atwood Room. Knitting Group

Do you enjoy knitting? Our informal knitting group meets in the Mary Atwood Room on the second Monday of every month from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. AND the fourth Monday of every month from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. This is a drop-in program that is open to all ages.
