  • To Search for a single date, enter the same date in both the "Start" and "End" date fields.

  • Keyword is not required.

  • Keyword searches "Title", "Subject" and "Summary" index fields for the selected date range. It also searches the full text of documents that contain electronic text. Full text searching is not available for scanned documents.

  • Results open in a new window. On the results page, click on the52208_24827_0.pngicon to open the document in a new browser window. Click on the52208_25853_0.pngicon to download the document to your computer.

  • At the bottom of your search results is an option to "Download All Files". Clicking on this downloads a zip file to your hard drive containing all of your results. Once you unzip it, you will also be able to use the included dynamic index page to find and open documents. Depending on how many documents are returned in your search, this download may take a moment.
