FLETCHER LIBRARY TAX GUIDE

Tax Forms Available: Via the Web and Locally

Five years of forms and instructions are available for federal taxes and for most states via the World Wide Web. The federal and Massachusetts forms from the sites featured below must be viewed in PDF format, using Adobe Acrobat. The U.S. site includes such forms as Certain Gambling Winnings (W-2G) and U.S. Departing Alien Income Tax Return (1040C).

To find forms by topic or keyword, use the Search feature. Instructions for each form are online, as well as a link to help via e-mail and help line phone numbers. The Massachusetts site has links to other state Revenue departments and forms where available.
